I’m excited for Hot Sheet, although it seems like the wrong time of the year (in the northern hemisphere) to release a cookbook that relies upon turning on the oven for extended periods of time!
You make a great point, Jessica! 😂 On the flip side, in the summertime I’m always looking for the easiest possible meal, which is usually on a sheet pan. So sometimes it might be worth the extra oven time for the least amount of work. 😅

I agree with your point…but I still avoid using the oven in the summertime, especially at the hottest part of the day.
