Thank you so much Meryl for your generosity in releasing the Creamy Cauliflower recipe. Oh, this vegetable, I have been a devoted fan, enjoying it in a “truly all brassica slaw” with kale, cranberries and nuts with a poppy seed dressing. Anyhow, I’m really looking forward to recreating your pasta recipe that is warm & comforting with a hint of fennel seeds that I love as well. Cheers and Thanks again.

Oooh that sounds wonderful! I'm planning to make a similar slaw this weekend with broccoli--such a winning combo. I hope you enjoy this one! I'll admit I'm a sucker for anything with fennel seeds, so this was an easy win in my book. Hope you have a wonderful weekend, Millette! Thank you for being here. :)

So nice to read your reply. Briefly, I’m particular with the dressings in slaws. So,I must admit the dressing from Smitten Kitchen’s Broccoli Slaw made with buttermilk is a top choice. Or, Brianna’s Poppy Send sold at Sprouts is good. Cheers. I am reading February 17 is National lCabbage Day. But all I want is Creamy Cauliflower pasta......

Thank you so much for the recommendations, Millette! Will definitely check out the Smitten Kitchen recipe. I do love cabbage too - luckily there’s plenty of time to enjoy both!

This is right on time! I made cauliflower soup the other day, but was immediately bored by the lack of texture 😂. This is a perfect recipe for my leftovers!

Yesss!! I love the idea of repurposing the soup. If you want to include the spices, you could toast the fennel seeds in a dry pan and quickly re-blend the soup with them (plus the garlic powder/paprika). Either way, I'm curious to know how it goes!

This was an outstanding recipe - thank you! Loved pureeing the cauliflower to make a sauce (a new-to-me technique) and pairing it with such a bright and zippy salsa verde. We can't wait to make this again!

I'm so happy you enjoyed it, Whitney!! Pureed cauliflower is a great base for creamy sauces...you can doctor it up with tons of flavor combinations. Thank you so much for giving it a try!

Cauliflower is soooo underrated. It took me a long time to realise it could be so much more than just mushy and bland (sorry, mum!) Thanks for this great recipe!

I couldn't agree more, Laura! But so glad we both finally found our love for cauliflower. :)

This looks amazing, and I have a head of cauliflower in the fridge, so I think you've killed my resolve to eat less pasta -- a medical necessity that will have to wait :-)

Oh gosh! I certainly don’t want to lead you astray...the sauce would be nice on other things too, or other types of noodles! But if you decide to make it, I really hope you enjoy it 💛

Making it tomorrow night. And you never lead us astray :-) I have to restrain myself from buying ravioli forms and other make-it-pretty tools since I don't make pasta from scratch too often. But when I do, it's Pasta Social Club, all the way!

You’re too kind! Thank you so much for being here. And the good news is you don’t need any fancy tools to make great pasta! 💛
