Hello, pasta community!

My debut cookbook, Pasta Every Day, comes out in less than a month, and I hope you can join me this fall to celebrate! Here’s the current event schedule, with plenty of updates and additional ticket information to come. Mark your calendars!

If you’re not based in one of these cities, you can still pre-order the book and upload your receipt HERE to get an invite to the virtual pasta class with me on September 21! A quick note that anyone based in the U.S. can pre-order a signed/personalized copy from Bold Fork Books, and the book is also available internationally via Amazon and some independent bookstores (so check whatever is local to you!).

I also teamed up with Giada De Laurentiis’s brand Giadzy to make the book’s spaghetti alla Nerano-inspired fried zucchini sauce using paccheri from their new pasta line. This one is 10/10, so be sure to make it while zucchini are still in season!

You can make your own pasta for these dishes, of course, but they’re also a great reminder that all 45+ sauces taste just as delicious with the dried stuff that’s already in your pantry!
